The fully faired ER-6f shares its 649 cc parallel twin, chassis and suspension with the naked ER-6n. The reviewer found it comfortable for commuting and weekend touring with good wind protection. Drawbacks noted were vibration around 3000-4000 rpm, a harsh ride on rough roads and a noisy gearbox when cold; ABS was optional.
